Phang Nga Bay Sample Itinerary
- 07:30 – Pick up from your Phuket hotel (depending on your hotel location) and transfer to Yacht Haven Marina by air conditioned bus.
- 09:00 – Embark on board June Bahtra for your cruise into Phang Nga Bay. (Don’t forget your camera). Enjoy the smooth gentle cruising with beautiful views.
- Cruise for about 2:15 hours to a spot close to James Bond Island and will be transferred onto one of the villages long tail boats. Making your way to the village, which is only accessible by boat, you will pass through the nearby mangrove forests, which is rich in its variety of fauna, fish, shrimps and crabs. Arriving at the village, there will be a short presentation about its history, before a delicious seafood lunch will be served in the only local restaurant. After lunch, guests embark on a guided village visit led by a village guide and our June Bahtra guide to see and interact with the locals and learn about some of their unique handicraft. In the afternoon, the village boat will take guests back to the waiting June Bahtra boats, but not before paying a short visit to James Bond Island
- 17:30 – Return to Yacht haven marina and transfer to your Phuket hotel.

The June Bahtra Boats are a fleet of three beautiful “old” boats, completely authentic 90+ years old traditional junk schooners, maintained in amazing conditions despite their age. They have Malay & Dutch influences and look like in the age of pirates & smugglers. All boats are fully equipped and insured vessels with a capacity 20, 20 & 30 respectively. All boats are very comfortable with plenty of mattresses to lay down during the cruising, both in the shades and in the sun. The friendly staff on board provides great quality service to the guests.
